Back to the Stove

After my baking failure last week, I'm going back to the stove. I grilled some pork chops and made sun-dried tomato rissotto for dinner with D. We went Saturday sampling at Central. I picked up some mystery hard cheese that wasn't parm. It was good, but quite possibly the saltiest cheese in the world. Good stuff!!
