Batch one was, as Iron Tyler constructively stated, "like sweetened cream cheese". I hope batch two can only be more to his liking. It is more to my liking. I don't think it will be as thick, but it has a similar taste. Maybe less sweet? I'm experimenting with different sweeteners...in this case sweetened condensed milk. Hmmmm... we shall see. Still sticking to yogurt flavor. The verdict is still out. :-/

Yogurt Batch #2
Batch one was, as Iron Tyler constructively stated, "like sweetened cream cheese". I hope batch two can only be more to his liking. It is more to my liking. ok verdict in. Good texture... need to use no fat yogurt...and something tarter.
