YAY!!! I made risotto. REAL risotto and not miso-to. But yea, this stuff doesn't photograph well. It just looks like unappetizing. Anyway, it was Saturday night and I was spending the weekend with TWO of the puppies, so I decided to make myself a nice dinner. Seared pork first. Then made the risotto with mushroom and peas. Mix together and MMMMmmmm!!!!!! It was comfort food to the xth degree. So very comforting.
